☀️ Warm Weather Warning ☀️

The Met Office has forecast high temperatures across the area over the coming days. We are encouraging everyone to take sensible precautions and look out for family, friends, neighbours, and anyone who may be more vulnerable to the effects of hot weather.

Please remember to:

Drink plenty of fluids and stay hydrated.

Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun during the hottest part of the day (11am–3pm).

Wear sunscreen, a hat, and light clothing when outdoors.

Never leave children, vulnerable adults, or pets in parked vehicles.

Check on elderly neighbours, relatives, and those with underlying health conditions.

If you feel unwell due to the heat, move to a cool place, drink water, and seek medical advice if symptoms persist.
